Michael is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, has worked as an Executive Chef for Walt Disney World and Marriott Hotels, private resorts, and hospitals. His cuisine epitomizes fresh ingredients and established entrees that Americans don’t get to see very often. His desserts are all made from scratch and are better than what “Mom used to make.”
Carol grew up on a family-owned and operated resort in Western Massachusetts. She is a graduate of Michigan State University’s Hotel School and has been Catering Director/Convention Services Director as well as Food and Beverage Director for Hyatt, Sheraton, Marriott, Westin and Adam’s Mark Hotels/Resorts.
Both have lived in the Tulsa area for the past nineteen years, are active in community organizations and are sure the citizens of South Tulsa and Bixby will love the atmosphere, food and service that Michael V’s Restaurant and Bar now offer.
